The Committee on Roads and Transportation moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

Com. Sub. for Senate Bill No. 298 - “A Bill to amend the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, by adding thereto a new section, designated §7-1-3pp; to amend and reenact §11-16-18 of said code; to amend and reenact §60-4-3a and §60-4-3b of said code; to amend and reenact §60-7-12 of said code; and to amend and reenact §60-8-34 of said code, all relating to requiring county commissions to conduct a county option election on the question of whether to allow restaurants, private clubs, distilleries, mini-distilleries and wineries to sell and serve alcohol beginning at 10:00 a.m. on Sundays”
